This small house needed a lot of changes to make it liveable for a young family of 4. Chris' involvement began at the point of sale as she helped the new owners decide how to get the most out of their first home and guided them through the renovation process. Choosing kid friendly surfaces, a combination of custom and stock pieces, new and old materials, the house was transformed to let this family use every corner of their small house.
